I assume the same for every other Team too. With him being top dog, they never had a chance to do much and eventually he found their stuff and thought it worth investigating. Now that he can freely move between worlds and he has all that Legendary info, I don't see why he wouldn't go full Cyrus. Seriously, he's practically a god already. What's stopping him from becoming THE GOD.
