Delphox would only increase her Speed, a slight buff to her S.Att, her type would remain the same, perhaps an ability similar to levitate, that would explain her speed increase and visually she could use her wand, now converted on a staff/flying broom.
Greninja would be very similar to A.Greninja's statistics, basically he was a mega without the title, I would only focus on changing the appearance to something more neutral, eliminating the hair, but the giant Shuriken is cool.
