Blue1 is fucked because I fucked up the starter randomization, he'll have a Charmander in his starter slot forever now.
Rules:
-Standard Nuzlocke rules unless explained otherwise
-I am only allowed to catch the first female or nonsexed pokemon I encounter in an area, barring exceptions below.
--If I see a pokemon in the same line as one I have already caught, I may wait to catch the first unique female or non-sexed pokemon on that route, or I may take the duplicate.
-When I move through an area with tall grass, trainers, or a forced surf section connected to a town, I gain a "town token" for that town
--With-out a town token that town, Pokecenters and boxes may only be used if the affected pokemon is/are at full health, and may not buy things from shops.
--A town token is spent when I leave the town for a new route/area or encounter a trainer after using a Pokecenter or box.
--Permanent non-pokemon center healing npcs may only be used once.
