I'm really excited for the DLC, despite hating Scat/Vomit, bros. Nothing will top that night when it first leaked and stayed up all night on a work day to play the leaked ROM on a broken emulator, constantly feeling like I was gonna have a seizure with how much it was glitching out. Not knowing 2/3rds of the new Pokémon or how they evolve, and finally having agency in a Pokémon game since Gen 2 to just do anything you wanted really made me enjoy the experience, even if I knew it was shit regardless. Playing the DLC won't let me relive those feelings exactly, but I just really need that Pokémon itch scratching again, and I'm praying to every God out there that GAME FREAK finally listened and put some kind of battle facility in TID that includes at least a Battle Tower and a Battle Factory.
