I have been provided with extensive description by the author of this concept - description, that made it possible to illustrate this fan-made Mega. However, I took a liberty of revision and made the bevor green instead of Gallade spike-red to keep colour balance in check.
This is my first take on visualizing this description, so author's insight and evaluation will be greatly appreciated.
