I like the idea of him having a scarf, although the tongue-scarf seems a little too odd. It kind of makes sense I guess because frogs of course have long tongues and given his theme it's understandable that he'd have a scarf, but even for Pokemon, having his own tonge wrapped around his neck is ridiculous.
Otherwise I like his silhoette, and the cowl-like "ears" are cool too. I just wish the scarf was made out of bubbles or something.
I'm still choosing Froakie, regardless.
