>>11795812I don't really think there is much hype anymore. There was a lot back in the 06-08 era (that was a good time) but nowadays Lucario has been overshadowed by new things. I'm kind of glad they gave us Riolu early on in B2 because more people started to appreciate it. In Gen IV, it was much later on when it was almost pointless to spend time hatching a riolu and raising it to lvl 60 for the E4 when you already had a full team of high level Pokemon.
