the numbers are directions. they're based off a keyboard numpad. pokken doesn't have 236, 623, 2[8] so you can ignore that for this game
capital letters are buttons. A is A, R is R
lowercase letters are a state your character is in. j for jumping. for whatever stupid fucking reason the pokken community also uses lower case letters for 3d directions. n for neutral, f for forward
