As Bunken said, the reward is being able to go up to level 150, so basically not even really a reward at all other than just inflating levelshit that the dev decided to arbitrarily go up to
Also this is done by making 133 the 'softcap', you'd think after doing that, they could have at least extended the courtesy of giving you an exp multiplier or whatever for the remaining levels, but, eh, it's okay, the stroke is already killing me so what's a little bit more pain
