I don't really like it and how it's broken Gamefreaks' previous attempts at balancing priority (Sucker Punch's limitations, Prankster only on non-attacking moves, most priority being 40 base power, Extremespeed's poor distribution and Normal-type) but most of my favorite Pokemon are Rock or Water anyway so it's never really been a big problem for me.
