>>41281628Except they're not comparable in the slightest. Slaking has a BST of 670, insane stats in general, and a great movepool. Archeops has a BST of 567, great mixed sweeping stats, and a great movepool.
Golisopod is a Bug-type Gyarados, whose best boosting move is Swords Dance. It wouldn't snap the game in half if it didn't have Emergency Exit like Slaking or Archeops would. The only reason it has Emergency Exit is because GameFreak opted for flavor, rather than function.
