I've checked serebii and I'm kinda confused about the star potential powerups. So do you have to scout the same tier of sync pair more than 6 times to get the powerup or does the potential of a specific trainer that was scouted repeatedly level up? For characters obtained through the story will we have to wait for an event to get 3 or 4 star powerups for them or will there be more options to get them in future updates?
