OK GUYS HERE'S HOW ((((( I ))))) GOT UNBANNED BY NINTENDO ITSELF, THIS TOOK SOME TIME, AROUND 3 WEEKS OR SO, IT MIGHT VARY.
Thing is that I used a stolen credit card to add fonds to my account (I know, stupid as fuck), don't ask about it, that's another story.
So I called Nintendo support and said that I had "just bought this red Nintendo 3DS" and couldn't acces the "online store" nor "play mario kart with my friends online".
The guy asked for the error code and when he heard it, he knew immediately what the problem was.
He asked when and where I bought the console, I answered that at a pawn shop (IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU SAY THIS) and that it was like a week ago.
He proceeded to ask for an email address and my name so he could send me instructions.
The message asked me for the following information:
>Full name
>Phone number
>The serial number of the console
>Nintendo network ID (This is where you have to pretend to be retarded, say that you have no idea and that don't know how to see it)
>The place you got the console from.
YOU HAVE TO SAY YOU GOT IT FROM A PAWN SHOP OR SECOND HAND STORE.
Search for a pawn shop that does exists near your city on google but that it isn't really relevant (don't be fucking dumb and say you got it at the store from the show on History Channel)
It took a while until they responded, they were now asking for the receipt I got from buying the 3DS.
Now this is probably the most important part: you have to find a way to generate a fake receipt (there are plenty of pages to do so) that looks convincing, matches with the date you said in the previous email, matches the name of the store and that it states that you indeed bought the 3DS.
