>>50781649I think it's concept that could work as a spin off, it just needs retooling. Like for one have the tone and style better fit regular pokemon while still being unique. Instead of pokemon being inside the crystals for fusion instead have it work another way, like a trainer and their pokemon use a special crystal to fuse using the bond that they build and share together, the strong the bond between the trainer and pokemon the stronger the fusion. Also have this stuff be very very rare, like only a very few of these stones are around the entire world and only a few people in remote locations know about them and the people who do try to keep it on the down low. You could make story where there's a villain who knows about these crystals and tries to mass produce artificial copies of them to make his own fusion army and the protagonist has to stop them.
