The plastic pegs are probably grinded down from hours of swinging caused by the metal swings pegs that have a rough surface that grinds down the plastic pegs. I suggest putting tiny cuts of foil tape over the plastic grinded parts so the swing evens out and also switch the metal swing from front to back so it has a different momentum that might help your phone and reinsert the plastic pegs on the bottom that probably gotten loose over the weeks from constant swinging.
