I agree with you anon. Gen 6 had good QoL features that made it very good. Not to mention the O-Powers, DexNav, and Blissey Bases. Those three things have been water-down to the point of it not being even recognizable. I don't understand GF. They remove Walking Pokemon after HGSS when it was a huge success and everybody wanted. Then they add it back as this "new feature"

Well, in GF's mind the idea is/was that all (close to 20 million) GO players would fork over $299 for a Switch, $60 for the Mew poke ball, and $60 for LGP. However, GF failed to realize that GO is a free mobile game. Casual GO players aren't going to spend $400 to enter into the main series. Plus, the way they nostalgia pandering of Kanto is beyond pathetic and poorly done. They can't even milk nostalgia correctly. If they wanted the older payers who only like the original 151 they should've made this game a Ashnime game. For example:

>Trainer Customization: You can change their skin tone, hair, clothing, bag, shoes, etc.
>Main Rival: Gary/Blue
>Co-OP Mode: After you defeat Brock and Misty they travel with you throughout Kanto in hopes of becoming the champion
>Team Rocket Trio: GF actually got this one right.
>Original 151: Really? FRLG included Cross-Gen Evolution. Most of the Genwunners do like some of the cross evolvution mons.

I can still criticize the baked lighting that are in the Pokemon models because GF/Creatures Inc. doesn't understand lighting environment. Sky battle was a mistake. That fucked up a lot of flying type. I don't know why GF kept them using those same idle animations from Sky Battle even in Gen 7? Plus, some of them looked weird anyway.

Xatu, Skarmory, Pidgeot, Swellow, Salamance, etc. Just because a bird can fly doesn't mean it should remain in the air with a stupid idle animation that makes it look even more unrealistic. Come on GF. I know 3D is too much for you guys just get an outside group that understands 3D animations and let them do it for you.

I'm a Kalosfag and I will not be fooled again into thinking Ash can win a league and finally officially challenge the Elite 4/Champion of that region. The Kalos League was his best chance to win the tournament league and go onto to face the Elite 4.

Who's Ash's main competitors/rivals in Alola anyway? Gladion, that black trail guy, the Masked man? They literally haven't thought about the Alola League. They'll make it a bullshit 3v3 for the whole league and have some OC from Gen 8 that beats Ash to move the series on. Hell, they producers may write in Team Rocket to participate in the league and have them win for comedic effects.

What is copying the models' Obj or FBX into unreal engine? Lol, GF is using AutoDesk Maya to create their Pokemon. It's not that hard to copy 2.0MB of Pokemon data into a Unreal Engine or whatever game engine their running.

You GF shills are running out of excuses at this point. It's been 5 years since GF introduced 3D pokemon models in XY. Hell, they probably made those models back in 2011/2012 so, it's safe to say it's been 7 years since they've updated any of their models since XY.

It was great they made all 700+ pokemon into 3D models back in XY but that was almost 5 (7) years ago. Surely by now, a small group in GF could've been updated their models. It also obvious they suck at UV unwrapping and creating/making textures. Just look at Pokemon GaOle, they got the models from GF but they were able to make them look ten times better than what was a shown in that crappy PLG trailer. Try harder next time GF shills
