Did the negative reception to Sawk, Throh, and Conkeldurr cause Game Freak to stop designing humanoid Pokemon unless they were anthropomorphic animals? There were basically none in the past 2 gens. Closest I can think of are ghosts (Marshadow, Blacephalon), a robot (Magearna), and the legless fairies (Florges, Diancie, Tapus), and I wouldn't count any of those, personally.
