A simple laxative can severely injure or even kill someone when taken unexpectedly. Fatal dehydration, ruptured appendixes, internal bleeding, stomach ulcers, etc can all happen from laxatives. It can also do a lot of damage to their gut microbiome and fuck them up for a long time. Not to mention any allergies they may have to the laxative ingredients.
