>>41284585Based. Just like with Z-Moves, they're trying to make all Pokemon superficially 'better' at the same time, with overblown power-ups that anyone can use. It would be better to just give Pokemon new Evolutions, Megas, Abilities, stats, etc. That's part of why 4th Gen felt so well rounded. Battle system was fine tuned, and there were no real gimmicks. They just took a bunch of old 'mons and made them better. Like pic related.
