>>54548690Debby's inspiration was mainly to actually have the Delivery Pokemon do deliveries in PMD for once. Actual character wise, she's very much just based off Santa Claus with her endless jolly demeanor. The mailbombs were just a funny gimmick I slapped on for good measure. Her uncanny knowledge is also based off Santa being a supernatural being which was at first meant to be just a funny quirk, but now I have some explanation and plans regarding that too.
For the more serious moments and when she's not on the job, she has a bit of me in there, but I don't think I'll ever be able to make a character that doesn't.
