ie me is only really forced to go through the thing once. turns out creating engaging player interaction/guidance in an open space is difficult for the pokemon formula (probably why gamehack liked sticking to easily-walled paths. adding movement limitations felt like the only reasonable way to do it.
I might make the cliff path end earlier and go along the northern strip (with sand removed so it can be biked), as well as maybe connect the right-most strip so that the southern tip can be more easily reached in a return trip.
