Lt. Surge was almost a problem, because of how overleveled his Raichu was. My only real option was Demeter, and if she fell, Surge would've likely swept me right there. Fortunately, it seemed to be content to just set up its Speed X and Growl at me while Leech Seed and Poison whittled it down. Thanks, I guess?.. We also add Nesoi to the team.
(Note, I don't plan on using both the starters for the whole run, because I have to save some for FR/LG.)
