So tonight we have an update to the "Pokemon 2" project that will probably make anyone who wants a "pure" recreation of Spaceworld upset. We have an updated Kanto, now expanded to 4 maps. We have Prince Town, sitting at the bottom of Mt. Fuji and hosting the National Pokemon League. We have Old Town & Land Route 2, which are very similar to what we saw in the Spaceworld map (though not identical!), and then we have the National Park & Radio City, which are heavily inspired by the National Park, Ilex Forest, and Goldenrod. This probably helps to give an idea of what I'm aiming for, which is a proper what if scenario where the Spaceworld region was fleshed out to be closer to what we saw in the finished Gen 2 games.
