I imagine him with a strong Essex-type accent. Not quite Cockney, but erring on it being almost a London-type accent. I'm drawn to the idea of him being a really nice guy, but with a sloppy, unrefined way of talking. I don't think he would try to disguise it when he's singing either, so he basically still sings how he talks. I sort of imagine he has a dark, smoky quality to his singing, and that he's actually good too.
I know Wyndon is London and Galar is England turned upside down, but I feel like Bulba is wrong when they say they think Spikemuth is based on Llandudno. I just don't see it at all. I see it as being more like Clacton or Southend; combined with the way they wrote his and Marnie's accents, I think that's strongly influenced my feeling about this.
