It's still Pokémon, it's still the same shitty top-down POV. Aside from a few special locations you won't be looking at sky most of the time. What you see on the ground and around you matters more than sky, for this reason day time lighting is much more vibrant. Moonlit surroundings will be just all dark blue and green.
