A stand that is capable of draining "time" from an opponent which effectively steals from their lifespan and reduces the years they have left to live. The user can then use the stolen time in various ways such as increasing the users lifespan, reversing or accelerating the users psychical age and even turning back time (although it takes a significant amount stolen time to be able to turn back time for even a second.)
