In the movie Incineroar only moves on all fours when it does move (!). That said, it knuckle-runs on the front paws, which makes sense considering SAUSAGE FINGERS.... except they made the hands, fingers, etc. smaller and much more normal-sized while even making the legs longer (and it's shoddy quality in this cap, but it does use just the toes on the back feet to move).
Despite the knuckle-running, I've seen it in action and it still looks pretty damn awesome.
