The type has been busted ever since they created Stealth Rock and added Button Combat and Hi Skill Kick into the movepool of 90% fighting types in the game. It's a little better now that it has an additional resist that's not weak to fucking SR for once, but gen 4-5 it was easily one of the best types to have.
