Titus Hastur
Pokemon Ranger
He's a prodigal (and very young) Top Ranger and a very powerful trainer. His acumen is sadly offset by his lack of social skills and brashness, but Titus always means well... in his own way.
His team:
> Empoleon is his ace and starter Pokemon. The Empoleon, back when he was a Piplup, was a frequent visitor to the Hastur gardens. Titus befriended the Piplup at the age of 6 and ever since they're extremely close.
> Gallade was initially Titus' sparring partner while Titus was training to be a Top Ranger. When Titus finally got promoted, Gallade joined his team.
> Altaria was saved by Titus back when she was a Swablu and when the young boy was a junior cadet in the Pokemon Rangers.
> Dragonite started off as a feral Pokemon that willingly attacked anyone in sight. The most experienced rangers couldn't bring him down, but Titus managed to after he figured out that the Dragon-type wanted to battle more than anything. Later on, Dragonite joined his team after recognizing Titus' strength.
> Milotic joined Titus after he saved her from a dangerous Pokemon poacher who often sells skin parts to shady people.
> Claydol was originally a guardian of an ancient ruin site. He was caught by Titus with a Poke Ball when the Claydol broke his capture styler. When his mission was over, Claydol refused to be released by Titus. Titus welcomed it to the team.
