I guess putting Lysandre and Ghetsis to their actual heights goes over the limit.
Also I think they increased Gio's overall size for USUM because this seems to have taken everyone by surprise, he just looked like an average guy in previous games. Every single fanart had made him shorter to Archie and the giant Gio was an anime only thing, until BW redesign happened and he became short.
His USUM art barely looks like himself, looks skinny and long limbed.
