>>50139323>Gen 6 was really solid from an classic fan perspective. For me, I played 1-4 as they came out. Got Gen 5 and dropped the series for awhile. Skipped BW2. So for a nostalgic fan, Megas hit really well.I had a similar experience. Grew up playing Gen 1 - 4 with friends and classmates. By the time Gen 5 came out, we already played a ton of DPP and HGSS together (along with PBR, Rangers, and other spin-off games). BW1 was another DS game in a whole sea of other DS games, so we spent less time on it. XY pulled us back in with all the gameplay updates
and classic fanservice.
