Why the hell did they give Whitney's Miltank so many annoying moves? She's not even hard, she's frustrating as hell to fight because she loves to spam Stomp (which has a 30% to flinch) and if you have a male pokemon, she'll use Attract on you. Combine that with the flinching bullshit and you're having a bad time. It also doesn't help that Miltank is bulky and Whitney fucking has two super potions.
