I took on Marshall first, and Freedom + Kinpo made short work of his team, Freedom's stats suck however and he barely does damage to anything that isn't Fighting so this is about the only time he ever was useful.
Caitlin was pretty easy with Chandelure, but I thought I could use Bambina's Faint Attack here. Was proven wrong when her Reuniclus one shot her with Focus Blast.
Shauntal was easily swept by Burly after setting up Swords Dance on her Cofagrigus.
Grimsely was a piece of cake with Kinpo's Fighting moves.
The fight against N was uneventful to say the least. I was planning on not using Zekrom against him, but the loss of Bambina earlier foiled my plants and was forced to use it to complete my team. I just spammed Dragon Breath on Reshiram until it died, then I just exploited all his team's weakness.
Then came Ghetsis
>Set up Swords Dance on Burly against his Cofagrigus>One shot it with Earthquake>Ghetsis sends out Hydreigon>Think I can outspeed and one shot him with Rock Slide>WRONG>Burly dies to a Focus Blast>Not sure what to do now, realize I'll probably have to sacrifice some Pokemon>Sent out Huske whose Rock Slide might take Hydreigon low enough for someone else to kill>Rock Slide barely did 1/4 of its health>RIP Huske>Send out Kinpo>Faints Hydreigon with Hi Jump Kick>Bouffalant is sent out>Hi Jump Kick one shots it>Eelektross is sent out>Use Hi Jump Kick>Nearly kills it but takes me down to 1/2>Send out Wispy who Shadow balls it to death>He sends out Seismitoad >Don't really wanna use Zekrom other than against Reshiram, Kinpo is low, and Wispy would get one shot by a Water move>Send out Freedom>Its absolutely useless and barely does damage>Eventually gets killed before taking Seismitoad to half HP>Send out Kinpo who finishes it with Drain Punch>Ghetsis sends out Bisharp>Easy Hi Jump KickI have found new appreciation for the Mienshao line, while realizing half of Unova's Pokemon are shitmon.
