The Switch has no camera, so that leaves out godforsaken QR codes, there’s no cross-platform functionality with the 3DS I know of, so that probably leaves out Bank, and there’s NO WAY Nintendo is going to sell any Pokémon as DLC, cause even Andrew Wilson would think that’s a bit overboard.
