This fella sauntered on up to me in Y before I even got to the third Gym during my playthrough last year. Became my instant bro, dropped my Gallade out of the party to make room for him.
Postgame I checked his IVs, and everything except Atk, Speed, and Sp.Def are 25+. Atk is irrelevant, Speed is 4 (sweet), and Sp.Def is 12, made up for by his excellent Sassy nature.
Really happy with him, but I've used him more for Le Wow training my bred Pokes. I still want to try him competitively, but he belongs on a TR team and I don't have much inspiration for one.
