The Rayquaza was white with blue highlights, apparently due to a a sprite error or code bs.
It had no ill effect on my emerald game.
I eventually moved it forward to plat (where it became a regular shiny rayquaza), then to black and couldn't transfer it any further than that.
Its an oddity, and people always call bullshit on it whenever I bring it up.
So I'm sure there's a way for you to transfer it over somehow.
