Notes: 1) I still haven't triggered the event on my cartridge of Black.
2) Why no RNG? Because I am too stupid for it. Read up on it at Smogon and watched a 15-minute Youtube video and it looks like there are so many small areas where you can make a mistake that I'm not confident enough to pull it off. Besides, it seems to take a horrendous amount of time and effort.
3) Timid nature and 31 speed IVs should suffice, anything else is a bonus.
4) If you have a spare, I'd be grateful to take it.
