Clandestine minerals are still going to be prohibitively bad for Charizard X/Y. Especially with the weather nerf, Charizard Y will have to keep coming in to keep the sun up, and that's just not going to work out great.
Venusaur's pretty snazzy, but leech seed walls aren't ever mind-blowingly good. It'll probably see some play.
