In terms of cards, you can actually probably trade 6-8 or so Shaymin FA for one, or some combination of several Shaymins and other high-value FA/SR cards like Max Potion, etc.
It's best to trade for one when PLF is in the tournament rotation, like right now. Lots of scrubs end up pulling one and trading it off poorly. Just wait a few more days for the pulls to pile up.
>Who actually has the packs to trade?Most competent players. Once you figure out how to do trades, getting packs is pretty trivial. Pic related.
If you watch streams or check out TC screenshots, most players are normally sitting on 500+ packs at any given time.
