Every Pokemon game that comes out now has to have its own identity and gimmicks to set itself apart from others. We don't really have a consistent vision for these games anymore, because they're always just playing with ideas. Even meaningful innovations like the PSS or riding Pokemon may just get removed within a year of being introduced. And now, with Dexit, they're losing the one thing that was always constant. What else is left?
