Ok but I thought they'd explain what the whip is for when I played the game, but... they never did. It's just there. I ended up coming to the conclusion that he used it to jump off the windmill and they just didn't animate it, because it was either that or he's just putting what he gets up to on Friday nights with Hassel out there on display.
Or both.
