>>46577754Battle Mode was alright but it had less variety, + G/S/C Kanto while cool at the time definitely suffers from feeling like a boss rush mode with not a whole lot to do other than see how GF struggled to include stuff like Viridian Forest. I think that's one of the best things HG/SS did by making sure it was the same scale as FR/LG with all the extra legendaries and their locations included. I dunno I just prefer the Frontiers because of the variety of battle styles and giving you a reason to EV train and level stuff up past their highest level in the moveset
I just think the Frontiers have the best
