Ok so I was trying to give my rockruff thunderfang for competeive reasons but every time I tried to breed down the move with compatible pokemon like stoutland, manectric and arcainine none of them seem to pass it down at all(and yes, they knew thunderfang) so after awhile of scratching my head and saying "wtf is going on here?" I came here. So does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Can Lycanroc even get this move? I searched it and it said it can but nothing is happening.
