You know how black cockatoos fly away when there's rain or a storm coming? And how there's a particular species of black cockatoo with a red tail?
The red tail is actually a flame and the reason it flies away from rain screeching is because it's afraid of its tail flame going out. It'd be Fire/Flying, probably. A concept for an evo is that it becomes sort of jet like, similar to Lati@s. The flame tail becomes sort of like a jet engine with flames pouring out (kind of like Reshiram) and it overall becomes much sleeker, with a huge speed stat. The idea is that it has become fast enough to outrun the storms it was afraid of, and it'd get an ability like Cloud Nine to negate weather, more specifically the rain.
