Thusly, there would be extremely varied methods of disposal for them. For example, Graveler consumes rocks and parts of itself chip away while it rolls down hills (1998 Pokedex entry), so there is a strong likelihood that no traditional disposal is needed, especially in the general environment in which it lives. However a Pokemon such as a Raticate would likely produce "standard" feces, and without knowing the general properties but assuming via the fact it lives in places traditionally known in the human world to be the habitats of real rats, it can be inferred that it produces similar feces, albeit on a larger scale. This would mean that there would have to be some method of disposal in urban areas, possibly a cleaner or some variant of one. In summary, it depends on the general species for how one would dispose of the waste produced by it.
