1) why so many people care only about resell value? Are there people who in cards collecting who actually like art/pokemon (to me some common ones are cooler than some rare ones)
I feel like a lesser/non serious person. because there are COOL RICH DUDES and then there is that guy that likes some shitty cheapo card because of "art" on it
2) should i "protect" common cards as good as rare/holo ones? Sometimes i wan just take them and look at them but i hate those sleeves on my favorite cards. I guess i can just keep some common ones around if i want to take them and fiddle them with my greesy dirty fingers
