>>12829892That sounds good actually, we probably don't want too much backtracking, but keeping the order you go to each town how they are numbered. I figured you might not have surf after you go through the Coastal Town so you go back to route 11 which would now be open (Routes 6 and 11 being closed off). Down to the Cave Town, then not sure where to go from there, probably have Route 12 closed off. Then we could have some sort of plot based event or something where you obtain surf and are taken back to the Coastal Town. In which you would then surf your way south down Routes 13 and 14 to the Cliff City. Then after there you make your way through the treacherous desert to the Desert Town. Up Route 15 from there, then you can continue north to the Daycare and to Route 16(Route 12 also now open). Route 18 being blocked off.
Made a quick route of how you would go. Granted this is like if you are not going on any of the side quests and going as quick as you can without going through all the routes and stuff.
