The memory cards exist, but they refuse to release them to the public at this time for whatever ass-backwards reason they have, and some of the memory cards that do exist have missing data on them, but that was easily salvaged, and subsequently filled in to produce the correct and functioning Pokemon event. We have the ISOs, and the H4G video explains that a GC dev model is required if there's a desire to "play" this using actual hardware, but seems to boot as close to normal as it can in Dolphin with the publicly available data. We also have the event 'mons listed on Bulbapedia, and PP, PP themselves even provide saves with the event 'mons on them. So why won't PP ask someone wth the knowledge to reverse engineer the chip to help them out? They're shooting themselves in the foot by not asking. If they can't do it, someone else might be able to help.
