Switch around Sp.A, Sp.D, and Spd to be 65/95/110 (its JP name is Booster for fuck sake) and give it a good physical STAB move that doesn't have recoil. Also, give it a new Dream World ability like Moxie or Contrary. Guts is trash on Fire types since it means either getting paralyzed or Toxic'd and nobody is going to use stall tactics on a Pokemon made of glass.
