Fuck Lenora and fuck retaliate. I've been playing through Black recently (currently grinding for the league) and had zero trouble with the gyms except for the normal type one. I had a full party because I had been catching shit before and Retaliate killed all of them except for my Drilbur, who finished watchog after it missed a hypnosis. I haven't had trouble with any of the other gym leaders, even drayden was easy with garbodor setting up toxic spikes + badly poisoning fraxure and finishing it with sludge bombs while it pointlessly boosted itself.
